Thriving communities are places where people are safe, healthy, and cared for, and that takes a lot of good work. Transforming conditions that negatively affect people requires broad partnerships. We partner inside and outside of our community to ensure adequate resources are available for all to thrive. We inspire meaningful roles for hundreds of volunteers in research, deliberations, decision making and implementation of projects and programs. Every day we work alongside varied people to address what matters most to them.
