Our mission is to empower those impacted by violence and foster healthy relationships.

DSVS offers immediate and lasting support to about 150-200 survivors a year in both Carbon and Stillwater counties by providing safety planning, shelter, food, transportation, and help navigating the legal system. Many referrals come through DSVS’s 24-hour helpline, which receives about 700 calls a year. DSVS also provides violence prevention programming through Power Up, Speak Out!, which is used by educators in 22 states. Power Up, Speak Out! teaches middle-school students the basics of healthy relationships, boundaries, power dynamics, and consent. Your Fun Run for Charities donation will ensure that these essential services will be available for generations to come. Together, we are changing lives.

Your donations will help DSVS support survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault and provide violence prevention instruction and mentoring for middle school-aged children.

We used 2020 Fun Run donations to provide direct services to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault and to support violence prevention programs for middle school students.
