Mission: The mission of Tumblewheel Studios is to bring art and art education to underfunded and under-resourced rural communities through community-based art projects, workshops and youth artist mentoring.
What are you fundraising for this year?
To support a series of art classes designed for senior residents of Carbon County. Our classes will provide seniors the opportunity to learn new skills, exercise their creativity, and gather for communal discussion and reflection on what they have learned and accomplished.
What impact will funds have on your mission and community?
To support a series of art classes designed for senior residents of Carbon County. Our classes will provide seniors the opportunity to learn new skills, exercise their creativity, and gather for communal discussion and reflection on what they have learned and accomplished.
If you participated last year, what did you use the funds for?
Funds from last year are being used towards the first in our series of public murals entitled Coloring Carbon County. This mural is being executed on the pump house overlooking the town of Belfry.
