Hold your meeting in our Shared Service Center!
Becoming a member of the Shared Service Center means having 24/7 access to our meeting rooms, so you can meet for discussion before going out to work on your missions.
We have two conferences rooms at the Shared Service Center. The Beartooth Room features a 72-inch flatscreen TV, Meeting Owl speaker and camera system, and seats up to 32 people. The Bighorn Room features a 55” flatscreen TV, Meeting Owl speaker and camera system, and seats up to 10. Both rooms come with coffee and tea carafes, tea and coffee, cups, utensils, napkins, and more. Guests are provided with passcodes for the building’s Wi-Fi.
NOTE: Organizations involved in the Fun Run have free access to the conference rooms. Businesses or individuals are welcome to use the conference rooms for a one-time fee (inquire for details) or become an annual shared service center member. Shared Service Center members also receive the benefits listed on the back-office services page.
