Providing back-office services to our community fills a capacity gap that rural nonprofits and for-profits often face. The Shared Service Center fosters the sustainability and viability of our community.

Whether you need assistance promoting, need extra hands to get your mailers in the hands of your supporters, or just need supplies to provide a service, give us a call to discover how we can help you.

Members of our Shared Service Center get benefits including some shared assets and services at a discount or no charge. 

As a Shared Service Center Member, you’ll receive:
  • Easy access to a wide variety of shared assets and services through the Shared Service Center. Just reserve online using the Meeting Room Calendar.
  • 24/7 use of the building for full-service members.
  • Trained professionals to get you results. We help with prepping, mailings, marketing, admin duties, office tasks, and answering your questions.
  • Access to two fully equipped self-serve conference rooms including refreshments (coffee and tea), Meeting Owls, tech to run Zoom or Microsoft Teams meetings, projectors, TVs, and more. For larger groups, reserve a space at the Roosevelt Center.
  • Use of easels, chairs, tables, cameras, cash boxes, race equipment, display boards, and other event or meeting items. 
  • Customization to your needs. Services are built around you and your organization.
  • Permission to use our Bulk Mailing Permit on qualified mailings.
